Now Hiring: Assembler - Electromechanical 

Location: Covina, CA
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time

Kelly Services is hiring Assemblers to support a manufacturing facility in Covina. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on assembly experience who enjoy detailed, precision-based work in a structured production environment.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble electronic and electromechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished products

  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and drawings

  • Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete assembly tasks

  • Perform detailed, repetitive work with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

For Experienced Assemblers (II/III Levels)
  • Work with small, delicate components, often using a microscope

  • Perform hand soldering, wire bonding, crimping, and fine alignment

  • Complete rework and repairs as needed

  • Use specialized tools such as soldering irons and other precision equipment

What We're Looking For
  • Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Soldering experience or certification is a plus

  • Experience with EB welding or brazing is a plus, but not required
