Kelly has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Electronic Technician in the Wilmington, DE area! This is a long-term opportunity with a pay rate range up to $35/hour depending on experience level. The schedule is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with overtime on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to design, develop, and test automated production machinery.
- Develop and construct test equipment to validate new manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and repair instrument & control failures.
- Create electrical diagrams and control circuits suitable for maintenance & service personnel.
Qualifications:
- Associates of Applied Science or higher degree, successful completion of a 4-year apprenticeship program, or equivalent formal military training.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation principles and automated systems.
- Proficiency with relevant design software. SolidWorks Electrical is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
