Kelly Services is partnering with a Customer from Insurance Industry in Menasha, WI and we have a Employee Benefits Administrator position open!

Full time 
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
$17.00 - $20.00/hour
Location: Menasha

Position Overview: The main responsibility of this role is to enhance the operational efficiency of the employee benefits department by supporting various administrative tasks. This support allows the account management team to focus more on client interaction and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process various requests efficiently and accurately, including terms, enrollments, and changes.
  • Create communication materials and prepare SPD wrap documents.
  • Address client billing issues and update reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of client records in the management system.
  • Work proficiently and independently in customer management databases, with thorough documentation of interactions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of agency management systems, carrier websites, and benefit plan designs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of customer service experience; one year of insurance or benefits experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Accreditation: Required to obtain Wisconsin Life and Health insurance license within 90 days of employment and maintain it throughout employment.
