Engineering Analyst - Job Title: Program Management Analyst JD: Owns an assigned project portfolio Support change management by driving eSync Leadership Operating model Prepare present various analysis and reporting to Exec leadership Collaborate extensively with IPT leads and the value stream organizations to develop the schedule plan, prepare status and escalations Responsible to document a credible comprehensive project schedule Responsible for schedule performance measurement and control Support risk management process Analyze project variances assess overall schedule impact Apply planning logic, such as, lead, lag, critical path, constraints Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives Competencies Bachelor degree with 2 to 5 years experience in a project control role Field of studies: Aeronautics, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Project management skills, including Project Management Body of Knowledge PM-BOK Ability to synthesize information and assess impact system thinking Business sense is a key competency in this role Strong people and communication skills Ability to drive initiatives program behavior to the desired result Ability to work autonomously Dynamic, reliable, results oriented and intellectually curious personality Solid computer skills PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, SAP, PLM an asset , Power BI etc. Bilingual French/English
