- Representing company to external customers and vendors while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Managing calendars and scheduling, including corporate travel arrangements and expense report management.
- Coordinating large executive meetings and preparing for internal events.
- Providing backup support to the Raleigh site Office Manager and cross-covering the front desk.
- Handling special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with high-level personnel.
- Are able to work independently and proactively solve complex issues.
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Are skilled in advanced Microsoft Office applications.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent or Associate degree or professional certification preferred.
- Have 8+ years of experience supporting leadership staff as a Senior Administrative professional.
