Description

We're seeking an Executive Assistant to work at an Event Planning company in Wallingford, CT. This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm (Saturdays during busy season June-December)
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25/hr

Position is Hybrid, with expectation of 2 days in-office

What's a typical day as an Executive Assistant? You'll be:
  • Managing daily deliverables and communicating efficiently with clients and vendors
  • Responding urgently to client inquiries and corresponding with vendors
  • Organizing schedules and maintaining effective communication
  • Reporting to the lead executive to ensure smooth operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have experience with Outlook, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Pipedrive, YouTube, ChatGPT, Dropbox, and Spotify
  • Are proficient in Apple IOS-based texting (preferred)
  • Are available to work Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Saturday from 12 PM to 4/5 PM, and have flexibility during the busy season from June 1st to December 25th
  • Are adaptable to a hybrid work schedule and can work Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM from January to May
  • Are an excellent communicator
  • Are punctual, and have pristine time management skills
  • Have a learning mindset
  • Prepared to provide “white glove treatment”
