We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Export Operations team in Alpharetta, GA. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity ideal for someone eager to grow their career in export coordination and supply chain operations.

Location: 1220 Old Alpharetta Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30005
Assignment Type: Onsite (100 percent)
Pay Rate: $28 per hour
 

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process export shipment documentation, including Electronic Export Information (EEI)

• Track shipment orders and provide timely delivery updates to customers

• Handle carrier invoicing and ensure accuracy in SAP system entries

• Generate and distribute monthly and month-end reports

• Communicate with warehouses, internal teams, and carriers to ensure efficient order flow

• Maintain and track export customer transactional files and records

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Export, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain preferred

• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data sorting, etc.)

• General knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills and professionalism
