Pay Rates:  $19.50 per hour – Day | $21.00 per hour – Swing

• Have strong electrical background
• Have knowledge in plumbing
• Have knowledge in carpentry
• Are an efficient planner who understands the process and the prioritization of projects that need to be completed
• Are an excellent communicator who is capable of maintaining a clear flow of information across the organization with various departments
• Are able to use power tools safely
• Are able to manage a small team

Additional Qualifications:

• Responsible for scheduling repair and maintenance
• Responsible for keeping all supplies stocked and replenished
• Overseeing cleaning staff to ensure facility is clean
• Overseeing construction and renovation
• Assist recycling team when needed
• Have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Can stand for prolonged periods and work on ladders
