Facility Supervisor
Shift: 1st Shift 6:15 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Beaumont, TX
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)

General Maintenance & Custodial Duties:
- Clean, disinfect, and sanitize all common areas (lobbies, break rooms, restrooms, etc.).
- Refill toilet tissue, hand soap, sanitizer, and paper towels as needed.
- Empty waste baskets and replace liners in all areas.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, and wax floors throughout the facility.
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, and doorframes.
- Maintain exterior areas (sidewalks, parking lots, smoking areas) by sweeping debris and emptying trash.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly facility maintenance documentation.
Facilities Maintenance & Safety:
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain building safety systems.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure safety precautions are followed.
- Comply with company, local, state, and federal regulations.
Pick-Ups & Deliveries:
- Perform pick-ups and deliveries of company supplies and equipment.
- Load/unload trucks and ensure items are stored correctly.
Conference Center & Customer Support:
- Set up and clean up refreshments for meetings, including drinks, coffee, and paper goods.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming conference center environment.
Required Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools, floor equipment, and maintenance machinery.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 100 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and climb frequently.
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Valid Texas Driver's License, Class C, with a good driving record.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
The Facilities Support Specialist will be exposed to both indoor and outdoor work environments, including moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, and wet or humid areas. The employee may occasionally be exposed to electrical shock risks and varying noise levels depending on the location of work. The position requires strict adherence to safety standards and confidentiality.
