Field Operations Manager
Location: Orange, TX (home office), primary travel to job sites and warehouses
Hours: Standard Business Hours (M-F, 8–5), based on job demands
Salary 80K depending on experaince  
Employment Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Reports to: CEO
Role Purpose:
The Field Operations Manager oversees operations and safety functions across job sites for SENTRO Technologies, promoting professionalism and positivity. Expertise in chemical circulation and operational processes in petrochemical contexts is required.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate consistently with managers, staff, and customers to uphold safety and operational standards.
  • Partner with other key divisions to ensure efficient and up-to-date operations.
  • Implement and enhance quality assurance protocols.
  • Travel to job sites for QC, safety inspections, and team coordination.
  • Maintain SOP consistency and manage equipment and uniform programs.
Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate a large team, ensuring preparedness and resolving operational challenges.
  • Oversee staffing, training, and material management.
  • Conduct regular job audits and reviews.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication systems.
  • Experience in managing staff and technical projects.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry required.
Working Conditions:
  • Travel to client locations; moderate noise and physical demands.
  • Ability to travel for company meetings (15% of the time).
This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong business acumen and customer service skills. Bilingual candidates are highly desired.
