What's a typical day as Financial Analyst? You'll be:

• Managing the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process for crucial utility providers
• Acting as the main liaison between the company and high-impact vendors to resolve disputes and ensure continuity of supply
• Collaborating closely with sourcing, business units, and within the Accounts Payable team
• Serving as the single point of contact for all P2P issues related to global critical vendors

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a proven track record with at least 5 years of working experience in P2P
• Possess a strong understanding of utility vendor processes and billing in the US
•  Fluency in English – both written and verbal; proficiency in any one of these languages is advantageous – French, Portuguese
• Are a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to drive initiatives and change in a fast-paced environment.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
•  AP automation system: Basware; CRM system: Salesforce; supplier management platform: HICX
•  Working with critical vendors in high pressure environment
