Forklift Operator
Job Summary:

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time (Temporary)
- Location: Weyauwega, WI
- Pay Rate: $23/Hour
- Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday – Friday
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to transport materials and products safely within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
- Conduct regular inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Assist in training new employees on forklift operation and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items as needed.
