Location: Ware, MA 01082
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and accurate handling, shipping, receiving, and storage of packaged products. This includes operating a sit-down propane forklift and supporting general warehouse operations. Responsibilities
General Operations
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently
- Follow all work instructions and complete paperwork accurately
- Inspect products for damage and report any non-conformances
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and dock areas
- Take product samples as required and report any contamination
- Communicate issues clearly to management
- Enter data accurately into the VMU system
- Support other warehouse duties as needed
- Always follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or injuries immediately
- Comply with all workplace safety policies

- Minimum 1 year of sit-down propane forklift experience
- At least 6 consecutive months of daily forklift use
- Certified forklift license preferred
- Valid state driver's license
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- No felony convictions within the past 7 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift as required
- Frequent use of hands for data entry and equipment operation
- Must have clear close-range vision
