Description

One of our clients is seeking a professional and reliable Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time year-round position in our Upper Marlboro, Maryland main office. We are a leading provider of commercial HVAC and plumbing services in the Mid-Atlantic Region, specializing in commercial mixed-use, medical, university, and government projects. We prioritize employee growth, company culture training, and a supportive team environment. Join us in our Upper Marlboro location, just 20 minutes from DC, where we offer wellness programs, an in-house gym, and various social functions throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for the company, greeting and establishing rapport with employees, clients, visitors, and guests.
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate efficient operation.
- Answer and direct phone calls accurately.
- Send companywide emails for inter-office communication.
- Manage inventory of supplies and reorder as needed.
- Process outgoing mail and shipments.
- Distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Maintain data logs and filing systems.
- Manage corporate calendars and reminders.
- Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of front desk/receptionist and administrative support experience.
- Punctual, reliable, professional, courteous, and assertive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise independent judgment.

Bonus Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of DocuSign.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam (construction-based PDF application).
- Experience in event planning.

Pay Range: $25 an hour with weekly pay on Friday's
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
