An industry-leading food delivery tech company is seeking for a Fulfillment Specialist.
Contract Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Contract Type: W2 under Staffing Supplier
Pay Rate: $22,11/hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: In-person, New York, NY (200 Fifth Ave); fluency with NYC subway system required

Summary
The Fulfillment Specialist handles a variety of daily customer errands—including grocery shopping, in-store pickups, and other personalized tasks—to help customers save time. You will build strong customer relationships while providing dependable and high-quality service across Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient, safe service fulfillment.

Assist customers with errands and tasks across Manhattan.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via mobile apps and SMS.

Provide timely, accurate service while building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Identify and implement operational improvements.

Comfortable navigating Manhattan, with expertise in the subway and public transportation.

Tech-savvy, with experience using apps and GPS.
