Description

An industry-leading food delivery tech company is seeking for a Fulfillment Specialist.

Contract Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Contract Type: W2 under Staffing Supplier
Pay Rate: $22,11/hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: In-person, New York, NY (200 Fifth Ave); fluency with NYC subway system required
Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
 

Summary
The Fulfillment Specialist handles a variety of daily customer errands—including grocery shopping, in-store pickups, and other personalized tasks—to help customers save time. You will build strong customer relationships while providing dependable and high-quality service across Manhattan.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient, safe service fulfillment.

  • Assist customers with errands and tasks across Manhattan.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via mobile apps and SMS.

  • Provide timely, accurate service while building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Identify and implement operational improvements.

 

Skills & Qualifications
  • Comfortable navigating Manhattan, with expertise in the subway and public transportation.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using apps and GPS.

  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with a focus on punctuality and professionalism.

  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.

  • Service-oriented and passionate about helping others.

  • Driven to achieve successful outcomes.

 

Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Experience leading initiatives and succeeding in a team environment.
