Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18 an hour

* Opportunity for overtime on Fridays when it's available, although it is not mandatory
* Full-time and temp-to-hire position with potential for permanent employment

What's a typical day as a General Laborer? You'll be:
* Understanding proper hanging and inspection procedures after training
* Returning hooks and other tooling to their proper storage locations
* Packaging, assembling, and prepping parts for shipment on a conveyor line
* Place masking tape on 10ft long parts in a straight line to keep powder coat off of the area that needs to stay bare
* Lift parts into position, apply the tape, and then move the parts to the finished designated area
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
* Can stand and work on your feet all day in a fast-paced working environment
* Have a willingness to learn and follow proper procedures
* Are available to work 2nd shift hours from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday
* 30-minute lunch and 2 breaks throughout the day
* Must be able to lift 25lbs occasionally and lift 15lbs on a regular
* Forklift experience is a plus
* Some supervisory experience is a plus
* Painting or powder coating experience is a HUGE plus
