What's a typical day as a Facilities Site Service Technician I? You'll be:
• Responsible for maintaining office space, conference rooms, and desk allocations
• Ensuring site pest control and housekeeping are up to standards
• Maintaining grounds-keeping and parking lots
• Performing maintenance and repairs on café equipment, roof, forklifts, elevators, and restrooms
• Managing small office moves, painting, and flooring repairs
• Documenting activities, actions, and results
• Reading and following SOPs and technical documentation
• Completing required training
• Using CMMS to manage logistics
• Responding to work requests through the Work Request System
• Reading and interpreting diagrams, drawings, and schematics
• Performing daily facility equipment checks
• Pulling necessary parts to complete work orders or tickets
