  • Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour

  • Location: Brighton, MI 48116

  • Employment: temp to hire

  • Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday (Saturdays as required)

What's a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You will:
  • Operate handheld spray injectors to produce foam cushions to exact specifications.

  • Set up molds, perform film changes, and adjust foam amounts as needed.

  • Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

  • Track waste, report issues, and support change-over processes.

  • Maintain clean and safe equipment, tools, and work areas.

  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced production environment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • A High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • 2 years of machine operation experience (preferred, not required).

  • Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift as required.

  • Your own steel-toed boots (other PPE provided onsite).
