Employment: temp to hire

Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday (Saturdays as required)

Operate handheld spray injectors to produce foam cushions to exact specifications.

Set up molds, perform film changes, and adjust foam amounts as needed.

Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

Track waste, report issues, and support change-over processes.

Maintain clean and safe equipment, tools, and work areas.

Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced production environment.

A High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
-
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Basic computer knowledge.

2 years of machine operation experience (preferred, not required).

Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift as required.

Your own steel-toed boots (other PPE provided onsite).
