Job Details:
  • Location: Florence, KY 41042

  • Employment Type: 2-month contract

  • Shift: Overnight (7:45 PM – 8:00 AM)

What's a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You'll be:
  • Supporting production lines to ensure materials are available and operations run smoothly

  • Starting and operating mixer/production lines

  • Emptying production lines into pallets for WIP or finished goods

  • Building pallets to keep up with product output

  • Tracking inventory produced during each shift

  • Monitoring downtime and documenting causes

  • Ensuring correct packaging materials are used

  • Loading/unloading trucks and staging materials properly

  • Performing periodic quality inspections (visual or tool-based)

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area using 6S practices

  • Working closely with plant staff to promote a safe work environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Manufacturing experience (required)

  • Plastics manufacturing experience (strongly preferred)

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

  • General production or industrial experience

  • Strong focus on safety and teamwork

  • Good listening skills and self-awareness

  • Ability to work in a physically active environment
