What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you will:

• Assist in the processing, treatment, and beneficial reuse of soils
• Sort and handle small- to medium-sized materials
• Perform general maintenance, including greasing and lubricating equipment
• Use hand and pneumatic tools
• Work outdoors in all seasons and varying weather conditions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience operating small and/or heavy equipment
• Background in processing, construction, or similar industrial environments
• Basic skills in welding, cutting, plumbing, or electrical work (a plus)
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
