 $60K Base + Uncapped Bonus Potential

Kelly is hiring experienced High-Volume Recruiters to take full ownership of impactful client accounts. This is a fully in-office role because that's where the momentum happens.

What You'll Own

• Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume accounts
• 15–25+ requisitions at a time
• Candidate pipeline strategy and start readiness
• Daily prioritization to prevent fall-offs
• Compliance and onboarding oversight
• Clear, direct communication with Account Managers
• Problem-solving when volume spikes

You won't be micromanaged.

What Makes You a Fit

• 5+ years staffing or high-volume recruiting
• Comfortable juggling multiple reqs without chaos
• Metrics-driven and production-minded
• Strong urgency and decision-making skills
• ATS experience (Bullhorn preferred)
• You like being around people and feeding off team energy
