We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in New Haven.
Position Overview:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience. Your responsibilities will include a variety of HR tasks ranging from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in performance management processes and support career development initiatives.
- Manage and administer leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on leave-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees and management.
