What's a typical day as Human Resource Coordinator? You'll be:
• Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the National Attendance Program (NAP), ensuring compliance with company policies and local agreements.
• Developing a deep knowledge of attendance requirements and disciplinary actions, while auditing attendance and tardiness records.
• Conducting meetings and administering corrective actions as necessary, while maintaining documentation related to FMLA administration.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree and have one or more years of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Are available to work all shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Possess strong HR knowledge and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
