Kelly Services is seeking a Material Handler for a busy Industrial gas supplier located in Miami, FL 33150
Pay- $19/hour
Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am-5pm ( OT may be required, must be flexible)

Summary:
The Material Handler provides warehouse support by preparing goods for packaging, warehousing, and distribution. This role works with minimum supervision, adhering to company standards and policies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive, stock, and repack bulk and packaged products
- Perform tank readings, customer pick-ups, and LTL shipments
- Restock warehouse and driver supplies
- Load, fill, and label containers from bulk: drums, kegs, pails, etc.
- Place containers on pallets for transport or stocking
- Pick and stage products for delivery trucks per schedule
- Secure and load products in delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy
- Unload delivery trucks and store products appropriately
- Complete daily records and reports for received/filled products
- Operate sit down electric forklift, hand truck, pallet, and electric jack as needed
- Track and maintain returned drum inventory
- Keep warehouse clean, safe, and report any maintenance issues
- Perform inventory counts as needed
- Follow all health and safety procedures and policies
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
- Interact positively and professionally with all customers
- Other duties as assigned
Competencies:
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret road maps
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience with operating and electric sit-down forklift.
- 1+ year of related experience. Shipping and Receiving, logistics, distribution of products or goods.
- Ability to perform each essential duty with minimal supervision
- Physically able to climb, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Must be able to lift, move, materials up to 65 pounds. drums, kegs, pails, etc.
Certificates & Licenses:
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus; requirements may vary by facility)
Language Ability:
- Able to read, write, analyze, and interpret business and technical materials in the English language
Math Ability:
- Able to perform calculations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
