Location: Lake Mary, FL 32746
Pay Rate: $20-$30 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Friday 7am-4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and qualification efforts, identifying potential leads through phone, email, and online research.
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and build robust relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Skilled in communication, with excellent verbal and written abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, sales experience, and a customer service mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experienced in cold calling and outbound sales strategies, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
