Job Title: Inside Sales / Sales Support
Location: Schaumburg, IL – 100% Onsite
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
Responsible to: National Sales Manager
Responsible for: Customer/Sales Manager Requests

The Inside Sales / Sales Support role is focused on managing the end-to-end process of customer sales orders, from initial inquiry to final invoice, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout. Additionally, this role responds promptly to requests, inquiries, and concerns from both customers and sales managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Inbound Call Management: Handle inbound phone calls efficiently.
- Customer/Sales Manager Inquiries: Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management: Enter quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders into the system.
- Customer Updates: Communicate progress updates on customer requests.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Provide necessary paperwork to relevant departments and subsidiaries.
- Reporting: Generate reports as required.
- Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize daily workload and tasks.
- Other Duties: Perform any other related tasks as required.
- B2B Experience: Prior experience in business-to-business sales or support.
- ERP System Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (transitioning to MS Dynamics Business Central) is a plus.
- Strong Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
- Software Proficiency & Learning Capacity: Comfortable working with software and an aptitude for learning new systems.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Word and Excel.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating to meet company objectives.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and new challenges.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written business communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Self-Motivation: Able to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and work efficiently on multiple tasks.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in French is a significant advantage, though not required.
- Occasional travel required for trade shows and visits to the corporate office in France, which may involve overnight stays.
