Internal Applications Support Specialist Wanted.
Assist the Applications Engineering team in:
* Preparing, maintaining, and supporting machine demonstrations
* Customer training sessions
* Technical documentation.
Your work will contribute to ensuring a seamless and professional experience for internal teams and visiting customers, while expanding your technical knowledge of the company machinery and software systems.
Technical Applications Support
• Assist in the preparation and setup of standard and custom machine demonstrations for standalone equipment, with occasional support for automated or niche systems under supervision.
• Support internal and external training sessions by preparing machines, organizing materials, and assisting lead trainers during sessions.
Showroom Machine Maintenance
• Ensure all assigned showroom machines are clean, operational, and ready for daily demonstrations.
• Participate in the setup and reorganization of the showroom for customer visits, training sessions, and internal events.
• Assist with layout changes and upkeep of demo tooling, workstations, and sample displays.
Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate internal movement of parts, tools, and demo materials across departments and storage areas.
• Track inventory levels of demo materials, sample parts, and training supplies; reorder stock as needed.
• Support logistics for customer events, training sessions, and trade shows, including material preparation and equipment handling.
• Assist with packing and shipping of demo parts or tools to customers or other company locations.
Administrative Assistant Management Support
• Support the Assistant Manager with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination tasks.
• Prepare meeting materials, maintain training calendars, and help track project timelines or follow-ups as needed.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing technical documentation, tooling lists, and internal process records using company systems.
Temp position for 1 -2 years.
