Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Location: Onsite, Fords, NJ

What's a typical day as a Inventory Site Associate? You'll be:
• Managing inventory including replenishments, local stock, new product introductions, and expired product
• Collaborating with the local sales team on customer PO collection and customer solutions
• Performing check-in and put-away processes for orthopedic products
• Contacting freight forwarders, receiving parties, and internal clients
• Partnering with customer accounts receivable to mitigate pricing issues and process invoicing
• Labeling warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval
• Training and following standard operation and quality procedures and work instructions
• Performing cycle count and inventory reconciliation activities
• Assisting in regulatory inspections and performing safety and quality audits
• Adhering to training requirements and health and safety regulations
• Leading projects as required
• Being flexible to other tasks as priorities shift
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school degree or equivalent
• Have at least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or customer service
• Have experience with Move Medical software (preferred)
• Demonstrate initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and proactive communication
• Have proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
• Have strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Practices (GxP)
• Inventory management experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to utilize specialized software and customized programs
Other requirements:
• Availability to work Monday – Friday on-site
• Ability to accommodate changes in the schedule, including working in other shifts as per operational needs
