Inventory Worker/Distributor Returns Specialist

Job Summary:

Job Specifications

• Job Type: Part Time (Temporary)
• Location: Birmingham, Alabama (travel up to 100 miles)
• Pay Rate: $20/hour (plus state mileage rate for travel)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process returned products from distributors in accordance with company policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Communicate professionally with distributors to facilitate returns and address issues
• Maintain meticulous records and update inventory management systems
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize return processes
• Support process improvements for operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in returns processing or inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
