IT Technician – Onsite | Full-Time | Manchester, NY
Hourly Rate: $20–$23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and dependable IT Technician to support both our manufacturing floor and office operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, maintaining the integrity and functionality of computer systems, hardware, and software across our facility. Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Onsite in Manchester, NY
  • Hours: 40 hours/week with potential for overtime
  • Compensation: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience
  • Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Provide daily IT support to staff across the office and manufacturing floor
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in person, remotely, or over the phone
  • Ensure functionality of hardware, software, and network components
  • Perform daily data backups and ensure system integrity
  • Document and track support issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Support the setup and onboarding of new users and equipment
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems maintenance, or a related role
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to take direction, work well in a team, and demonstrate respect for others and their work
