Position Overview As a new graduate or early-career Electrical Engineer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support the design, development, and testing of electronic components and systems. You'll get hands-on experience with the full product lifecycle and will play an important part in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and refinement of electronic designs in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Support the selection of electrical components, creation of schematics, and PCB layout (preferably using Altium, but training can be provided).
- Participate in prototyping, feasibility testing, and evaluations for new and existing designs.
- Help develop and execute test plans, and contribute to product qualification and validation activities.
- Perform troubleshooting and assist with failure analysis of electronic assemblies.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including design reports, test results, and user manuals.
- Work with team members to engage with customers, helping gather product requirements and understand project goals.
- Learn and apply industry-standard engineering practices and project management skills in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium is a plus.
- Understanding of electronic circuits (analog/digital) and basic serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, RS485, UART, USB).
- Willingness to troubleshoot designs using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, etc.).
- Basic programming experience (C/C++ or Python) is beneficial, but not required.
- Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions in a team setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
