Kelly Science is seeking a Junior Field Application Scientist for a growing company located in New Haven, CT.
 
Salary: $70,000-90,000/year
Shift: Monday - Friday standard business hours
Work Model: on-site
 
Job responsibilities include:

• Support customer onboarding, training, and technical demonstrations of company platforms and assays
• Assist with execution and troubleshooting of assays in collaboration with internal R&D and lab teams
• Provide scientific and technical support during pilots, collaborations, and customer studies
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to product, R&D, and commercial teams
• Support preparation of scientific presentations, protocols, and customer documentation
• Participate in on-site and virtual customer engagements, conferences, and scientific meetings
• Help translate customer needs into assay improvements and new application opportunities
• Support the planning and execution of field marketing programs, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and customer events
• Support sales enablement materials and customer-facing communications

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or a scientific related field
• 1+ years of experience within the biotech industry working within cell therapy (CAR-T, CAR-NK, or immune cell workflows).
• Experienced with flow cytometry, cell imaging, or cell-based assays required.
• Must be comfortable with both laboratory and customer-facing work environments.
• Marketing principles knowledge required.
