Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Key Account Manager on behalf of our client, located in Brantford, Ontario.

This would be an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take the next step in their career, while working closely with key clients and internal teams to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client accounts.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities with both existing and new accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to promote the company's reusable cup products in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, solutions, and services.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to develop strategic account and marketing plans.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and performance evaluations, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to key stakeholders, effectively communicating value propositions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within a food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience developing or supporting marketing initiatives or campaigns is an asset
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and key account management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical abilities with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $150,000 – $170,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
