Position: Laboratory Technician 
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84123
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00PM - 10:30PM
       *Start times can vary from 2:00PM - 3:00PM (8hr Shifts)
Pay: $19.55/HR

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
 

Job Summary:
You'll support laboratory testing by preparing materials, cleaning glassware, and organizing essential lab equipment.
 

Responsibilities

• Prepare test/liquid solutions using standard procedures (will train individuals on this task)
• Sterilize and organize lab glassware and materials
• Support lab by stocking materials in cleanroom and incubator spaces
• Assist with supply ordering, deliveries, and general lab upkeep
• Wear cleanroom garments, goggles, and other protective equipment as required
• Lift up to 25 lbs, stand/walk 80% of the time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with assembly line, production manufacturing, or similar. 
• Ability to follow established procedures and provide support to others
• Hard-working and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
• Have high standards of honesty and integrity
• Ability to stand/walk for 80% of the day and 20% sitting at a desk
