What's a typical day as Substitute Teacher? You'll be:

• Filling in for teachers, aides, and educational staff as needed to ensure continuity of learning
• Following established lesson plans, school rules, and organizational policies
• Encouraging classroom participation and supporting students in their learning journey
• For long-term assignments, developing lesson plans, administering, and grading assignments

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Hold a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Can obtain Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education background clearance (out-of-pocket, non-refundable fee required)
