Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

• $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Note: Candidates hired for 2nd shift must be available to train on 1st shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) for approximately 1–2 weeks.

What's a typical day as Line Lead? You'll be:

• Leading daily assembly line operations to meet productivity and quality goals
• Coordinating workflow and supporting team members throughout the shift
• Overseeing kit packing and packaging processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting with onboarding and training of new and temporary employees
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (must have)
• Possess kit packing or packaging experience (strongly preferred)
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and lead by example
• Bring prior leadership or lead experience (a plus, but not required)
• Are dependable, driven, and eager to advance your career
