Kelly® is hiring a Loan Sales Representative (LSR) for a reputable financial services organization in Yorktown, VA. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a goal-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLoan & Sales Activities

Recommend loan products and services that align with customer needs and branch sales goals.

Market branch offerings to new and existing customers.

Make collection calls to arrange timely payments.

Seek opportunities to originate new loans.

Ensure customer information is accurate and properly documented.

Meet or exceed individual and branch performance goals.
Growth & Development

Engage in ongoing training and development.

Build knowledge of all available loan products and services.

Take initiative to expand skills and responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).

Excellent judgment in customer-facing scenarios.

Detail-oriented, action-driven, and results-focused.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to meet all State and Federal licensing requirements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers.
Preferred:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services.

Understanding of how loan products support business goals.
