Logistics Specialist – Job Description
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $27–$30/hr
Requirements: Warehouse experience required. SAP (S4 Hana) experience is highly preferred.
This role is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of GMP raw materials used in production, as well as the preparation and distribution of finished products to customers. The position also includes data entry into multiple business systems to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities-
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship products in alignment with customer orders and company standards.

Material Handling: Move products, supplies, and equipment using manual labor, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.

Transportation (if applicable): Safely operate a company vehicle to transport materials and equipment between multiple sites.

Safety & Compliance: Perform all tasks in accordance with cGMP, safety guidelines, and company policies, ensuring a compliant and audit-ready environment.

Inventory Management: Conduct physical cycle counts, verify stock levels, and support inventory accuracy initiatives.

Data Entry & Systems Use: Access and update various business systems with a high level of accuracy, ensuring records are created, stored, and maintained according to corporate retention requirements.

Projects & Process Improvements: Support department projects, including root-cause analysis, process documentation, solution proposals, and communication of findings.

BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field preferred (not required).

Prior warehouse experience in a regulated or fast-paced environment is required.

SAP (S4 Hana) or similar ERP system experience strongly preferred.

Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.

Strong basic math and data-entry skills with high accuracy.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Proficiency with PC applications and business operations software.

Flexible and adaptable; able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts as needed.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (if transportation duties apply).
