Kelly Services is searching for Extruder Operators for a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity in Boothwyn, PA!
This long-term contract role offers the potential to be hired on with a leading plastics manufacturing company.
Available Shifts & Pay Rates:
- Night Shift: Sunday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Saturday, 7pm–7am | $20.00/hour
- Rotating Shift: 4 days on/3 days off, 4 nights on/3 nights off (all shifts run 7am/pm to 7am/pm) | $18.00/hour
Let us know your preferred shift! Training is provided and will be scheduled during dayshift hours (8:30am–4:30pm or 9am–5:30pm).

- Retrieving raw materials and removing finished stock from extrusion lines
- Operating a forklift to transfer stock to inventory staging area
- Keeping accurate counts and logs of inventory produced
- Safely working in a hot manufacturing environment with provided PPE
- High school diploma, GED, or technical/vocational school training
- Two years of experience in manufacturing
- Mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to safely use personal protective gear including steel toed boots, heat-resistant gloves, and sleeves
- Comfortable with physically demanding, standing work
