Kelly® is hiring a Machine Operator to join a leading wire production facility in Lancaster, PA. This is a full-time 3rd shift opportunity in a hands-on manufacturing environment with great pay, benefits, and room to grow.
Job Title: Machine Operator – Wire Manufacturing
Location: Lancaster, PA
Shift: 3rd Shift
Pay: Starting at $24.30/hour + 3rd shift differential

- Operate CV (Continuous Vulcanization) extrusion machinery
- Set up machines, string wire, and load production materials
- Monitor compounds, tapes, and inks for quality
- Perform basic maintenance and report issues
- Package and label finished reels for shipment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use tow motors
- Able to read Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and use basic measuring tools
- Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed
