Machine Operator – Die Cutter (B Shift)
Location: Gates, NY
Pay: $17–$19/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We're hiring a Machine Operator – Die Cutter to join a leading manufacturing team in Gates, NY. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your skills in a clean, safety-first facility, this is a great opportunity to launch or advance your career.

Shift Details:
  • B Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

  • (Optional: A Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM – if this is still available)

  • Mandatory overtime during peak seasons means extra earning potential!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate die cutting equipment including guillotines, rotary cutters, and paper cutters

  • Set up machines based on job specifications and material types

  • Monitor printed materials for cut accuracy and quality standards

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

  • Track production details and complete required documentation

  • Assist with related production tasks such as collation, labeling, binning, and packaging

  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or print production preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring/cutting

  • Ability to read and follow detailed job orders

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
