Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM
Pay Rate:
USD 25.86-28.21/hr
Summary of Responsibilities:
CNC/Manual Machinist to set up, operate, and adjust machine tools to produce precision parts. The role involves working with various raw materials, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring accurate production through proper tooling, measurements, and quality checks.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machines (lathes, grinders, mills, saws).

Perform grinding and machining operations with repetitive adjustments as required.

Select cutting tools, feeds, and speeds based on material type (steel, aluminum, alloys, composites).

Read and interpret blueprints, program readouts, and technical directives.

Operate machine attachments (rotary tables, magnetic chucks, milling attachments).

Use and maintain measuring/calibrated instruments (micrometers, gauges, indicators, scales).

Make manual cutter compensation adjustments to maintain tolerances.

Ensure compliance with work orders, safety, and production standards.
