Mailing Machine Helper

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our client. You will be responsible for catching mail at the end of an inserter and handling necessary postal paperwork.


Key Details:

• Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
  (Note: Shift reduces to half-days on Fridays starting at the end of the year)
• Location: Rapid City

Responsibilities:

• Catch mail at the end of the inserter line
• Manage and organize postal paperwork
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
• Follow standardized tasks and adhere to established safety practices
• Contribute to a team-oriented, continuous improvement atmosphere

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Ability to follow processes and work efficiently
• Capable of working in a high-speed, manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required
