Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician
Location: Westland, MI
Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM 
Pay Range: $30.00-32.50/hr. based on experience


Join a reputable and safety-focused manufacturing facility as a Maintenance Technician on a 3rd shift team. This full-time, direct hire opportunity offers competitive pay, hands-on technical work, and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain production equipment in optimal condition by conducting and tracking preventative maintenance, changing oil, and following both internal and manufacturer maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and support the assigned cell/area's equipment, collaborating closely with supervisors and engineers to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Train associates in the proper use and care of equipment as directed by area supervisors.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of replacement parts for assigned cell/area equipment.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area by upholding high housekeeping standards.
• Participate in team-based problem-solving activities and communication meetings to drive continuous improvement.
• Strictly follow all internal, company, and OSHA safety policies and procedures, including the Quality Manual and Associate Handbook.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required; Technical certificate or 2-year degree preferred
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of equipment 
• Skilled with maintaining electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment/systems including PLCs
• Able to read & understand blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Ability to lift 35lbs. and adhere to safety protocols
