Details

  • Shift: Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm
  •  $25/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical facility and utility systems that support manufacturing, laboratory, and office operations.
    • Ensuring that HVAC, electrical, water, compressed air, and building systems operate in a reliable, compliant, and efficient manner.
    • Providing technical leadership and support for engineering, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain and update CMMS, ensuring on time performance of work orders 
 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in facilities, utilities, or industrial maintenance within GMP-regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or food manufacturing.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution (up to 480V), plumbing, compressed air, vacuum, gas systems, and water treatment (RO, purified, utility water).
  • Proven ability to perform complex diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS platforms like BMRAM or similar systems.
  • Exceptional documentation skills to support GMP compliance, change control, audits, and system qualification activities.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of  HVAC electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and water systems.
  • Leadership, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
