Job Title: Manufacturing Technician (Parenteral)
Job Description:
We're excited to share an opportunity to join our valued client's team as a Manufacturing Technician. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting various manufacturing processes while ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operations & Equipment Management:
- Conduct equipment setups, changeovers, cleaning, and line clearances for optimal efficiency.
- Operate and troubleshoot preparation, formulation, and filling equipment.
- Clean, sanitize, and sterilize manufacturing areas and equipment, including operating autoclaves.
- Perform CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) processes.
- Process & Production:
- Execute batch record formulations, including pH measurement, yield calculation, and volume adjustments.
- Sample bulk solutions per batch requirements and monitor critical process parameters.
- Maintain and verify calibration of instruments before operation.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate completion and compliance of production documentation as per good documentation practices.
- Audit batch records and maintain inventory of necessary components.
- Review and enhance procedures; develop new SOPs.
- Support & Training:
- Assist with manufacturing-related activities and quality investigations.
- Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
- Support environmental monitoring and annual requalification programs.
- Safety & Regulations:
- Adhere to GMP, safety, and environmental regulatory tasks.
- Handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste according to EHS procedures.
- Attend mandatory training on cGMPs, EHS, and company policies.
- High School Diploma required.
- 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of GMP principles and aseptic techniques.
