Job Title: Manufacturing Team Member
Location: Pooler, GA

Compensation:
Starting pay: $16/hour
Potential to earn $18/hour upon full-time hiring

Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM
No night shifts

Perks:

Job Overview:
Join us as a Manufacturing Team Member, where you'll be integral to our high-quality production process within a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities:

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in manufacturing processes.
Effectively operate, assemble, test, and package products using machinery and equipment.
Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards and production goals.
Conduct routine equipment inspections, reporting malfunctions or issues.
Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
Identify and address defects or deviations from quality standards.
Partner with quality control teams to enhance continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address challenges and share insights.
Support the training of new team members and ensure safety protocol compliance.
Adhere to safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Report safety concerns, accidents, or incidents promptly.
Maintain compliance with manufacturing process standards and regulations.
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.
Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
Competence in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
Basic understanding of assembly processes and production workflows.
Proficiency with manufacturing tools and instruments.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on upholding high-quality standards.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy objects.
Comfort standing for extended periods.
Capability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
