Job Title: Manufacturing Technician – 2nd Shift 
Work Location: New Brighton, MN 55112 
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday–Friday | $24.00/hour 
Duration: 12 months (temp-to-hire potential)

Position Summary: 
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting medical devices utilizing specialized equipment, fixtures, and work instructions. This role is crucial for meeting daily customer demand and production schedules, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced regulated environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 
· Assemble products per documented work instructions using specialized equipment and fixtures 
· Perform testing and inspection to ensure product quality and compliance 
· Collaborate with Manufacturing Lead and Specialists to meet production goals 
· Participate in basic problem-solving activities to support stable operations 
· Report problems related to quality, processes, equipment, materials, or labor 
· Maintain and complete standard work documentation 
· Support continuous improvement and DBS initiatives 
· Sustain 5S activities by keeping the work area clean and organized 
· Follow company policies and procedures as they relate to the Quality System 
· Complete all required documentation to meet regulatory requirements 
· Participate actively as a member of the production team 

Qualifications: 
· High school diploma or equivalent 
· Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions 
· Strong oral and written communication skills 
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

Preferred: 
· GMP knowledge 
· Experience in medical device manufacturing 
· Microscope experience 
· Problem-solving and analytical skills 

Physical Requirements: 
· Ability to work in areas with adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes 
· Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and twisting 
· Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs 
· Ability to inspect small parts for extended periods (close and color vision required) 
· Compliance with controlled environment requirements for apparel and hygiene
