Location: Primarily remote, with some on-site requirements at client's corporate office (San Francisco, CA) and infrequent merchant travel (less than once per quarter)

Executive Summary
We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Omni-Channel Loyalty Signage Design Specialist to join our client's Digital Ordering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing in-store signage for partner merchants, as well as conducting tests to support the launch and scaling of client's loyalty program. You will work closely with restaurants nationwide to understand business needs, provide tailored product support, gather recurring feedback, and optimize merchant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce compelling in-store signage for partner restaurants using Figma and other design tools
- Collaborate directly with restaurant partners to gather business requirements and tailor solutions
- Conduct product tests at partner stores to facilitate onboarding and successful loyalty program adoption
- Maintain regular check-ins with merchants to gather product feedback and support ongoing business optimization
- Serve as a liaison between merchants and internal teams to communicate feedback, minimize churn risks, and enhance product usage
- Manage project workflows within Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Support occasional onsite requirements at offices and rare travel to merchant locations (less than once per quarter)
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
- 2–4+ years of professional experience with demonstrated increasing responsibilities
- Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with technical products and hardware
- Experience using Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
- Prior experience designing for the restaurant or retail sector
- Background in loyalty programs or customer experience initiatives
