Location: 201 Bridgestone Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37090
? Pay Rate: $18.42/hour
? Shift: Wednesday to Saturday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
? Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (6-month initial contract)
? Work Setup: Onsite

? What's a typical day as a Material Handler? You will:

  • Move, load, and unload materials within the facility to support production and packaging operations.

  • Operate industrial trucks such as forklifts, side loaders, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, production schedules, and work orders to determine materials to be moved or distributed.

  • Load and unload materials manually or with a forklift onto pallets, racks, and transport vehicles.

  • Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage during transit.

  • Operate saws, pneumatic, and electric tools; use tape measures to build packaging systems.

  • Transfer materials from storage areas to designated production or shipment areas.

  • Sort, tag, and record materials; complete required data entry.

  • Perform minor equipment adjustments and report maintenance needs.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all standard operating procedures.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Proven skill in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.

  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints and production schedules.

  • A strong focus on safety and teamwork in a production environment.
